Carla joined Lockton Re in 2012, having previously spent her career with Guy Carpenter & Company Ltd. With over 24 years’ experience in reinsurance, she manages client relationships and business production in her role as the Head of International Property and Casualty division within Lockton Re.
Carla co-founded the Lockton Women in Leadership initiative in London which she continues to co-lead, and sits on Lockton Re’s Executive Committee and Board.
Featured in Intelligent Insurer’s 2015 ‘Top 100 Influential Women in reinsurance’, in 2017 Carla was also invited to join the Worshipful Company of Insurers as a Freeman.
